Obituary of Yamileth D. Marenco

Yamileth D. Marenco, age 41 years of Pennsauken, born in Rama, Nicaragua, but raised in United States, passed away on March 26, 2024.

Beloved daughter of Rosalia A. Federick and Cesar Agusto Marenco. Dear sister of Noel (Hermina), Raquel (the late Ricardo), Lorena (Jay), Sonia (Pedro), Leonor (Darwin), Jose Alberto, Antonio (Kenya), Jessiling, and Billie. Loving aunt of Genesis, Herman, Isaac, Brandon, Angelica, Dayanara and Nadya. Cherished niece of Justina and cousin of Magaly. Also survived by many other loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Yamileth was the first in her family to graduate from college and was a Surgical Technologist for over 15 years, working as an Operating Room nurse at Cooper Hospital, where her compassion and dedication touched the lives of countless patients and colleagues.

She had a profound calling for helping others, evident in her tireless work ethic and selfless nature. She devoted her life to serving those in need, always putting the well-being of others before her own.

Beyond her work at the hospital, Yamileth made a lasting impact by collecting donations for the children of her home country, Nicaragua. Her commitment to improving the lives of others extended far beyond the walls of the hospital, demonstrating her unwavering kindness and generosity.

Yamileth's legacy of compassion, dedication, and selflessness will continue to inspire all those who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, colleagues, and the countless individuals whose lives she touched with her caring spirit.

In lieu of flowers or donations, the family requests that you simply remember Yami for the beautiful person that she was and pray for her soul.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 from 6-8 PM at the Falco, Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 8 PM. Interment will take place at a later date in Rama, Nicaragua.
